Fairy Eyes
I sit at your doorstep
Sweet Mother
And I sit
And I sit
And I breath
I breath
I open my arms
So that my heart can open
So that I can feel your ever presence
All around me and in me
Sweet Mother,
Many times I lay asleep
Forgetting your beauty
I often miss the music you share
Yet today,
The Gods have granted me a window of opportunity to see you
Your firm body supporting me
I see the river flowing...ever changing
I hear the calling of the winged ones
I see the billowy clouds that leave me with little words
I smell the tide
Without an opinion
It just is
I feel the wind refreshing my skin
While the sun's love pours down on me
and all that lives and does not
I finally bring my muscles to ease
I breath deeply to take it all in
And I thank you Sweet Mother
For waking me again.
